clutch problems advice needed please

hi i have a 2003 sti. i had a bit of clutch judder witch has gone now. but left me with another problem. when i change gear from first to second gear its a bit stiff to get in 2nd any ideas anyone??

From: 10.68 QT mile in 2007 2.33 Type R ** Current 2002 Spec C 2.33 Track prepped.

If it was the clutch you would have the same problem in all gear changes, its more likely linkage or box.
