is it a few inches in on the carpet or right in the corner?

have you the standard spoiler or an aftermarket?

have a look at the spoiler bolts to see if they're wet as my replica spoiler leaked from there - i've used a lot of clear sealant to try and cure the problem

I had a similar problem with my '03. Have a look in the bottom of your spare wheel well too !!

I narrowed mine down to the boot seal not sitting high enough in the far top left hand corner as you look at it from the rear of the car. It just wasn't sitting high enough.

I was also parking nose down on a slope and the water would build up in the triangle shaped recess, then spill over and leak into the boot. Cured by packing the seal so it was a little higher, parking nose up instead of nose down on the hill or parking on the level..lol!!! My spare wheel well had about a centimetre of water in it..!!

Good luck.
