Default Identify this backbox please

Can anyone identify this backbox? There's no markings or anything on it.
I was going to put a new one on along with a catless magnex middle section but there isn't a bad note of this backbox as it is so I'm hoping a mid section added will give it a bit more groan and maybe even a pop or too!

It was on the car (MY99) when I got it so I don't know if it was standard issue or what.
Cheers

Damien

It's pretty similar to the one on my 205 but Magnex have a plate on the side although this can fall off but there would be marks where it was. Anyways I think I'll keep it on. Just bought a decat centre section on here so I'll see what it sounds like with it on!

Cheers

I didn't think they had pressed and rolled steel edges??
All their end caps are welded, aren't they?

The original (Hayward & Scott) one looked similar to that. I had one on my MY99. Then they changed to a different manufacturer i.e. Janspeed. Having said that the one in your pic is slightly different from the one pictured below.

I also had one of the original Scooby Sport (circa 2000) H&S boxes, and that never had those edges. It looked the picture above too.
