compression test 130 on 3 cylinders, 115 on other. got spark, fuel and injector pulse, cam timing spot on, all fuses inside engine bay are good, where is the other fuse box? got 1995 heads on r reg cam pullies and cam sensor, will that effect it?

other fuse box is in the drivers footwell sort of hidden upwards.

is there something about the cam and crank sensors need to be swapped though or something like that?
