Cleaned senors - SECS shows 25RPM when engine is off
As the subject really - I have cleaned the throttle position sensor, Idle speed control valve, replaced my lambda probe with a new one from Subaru and replaced my MAF sensor with new as I have reverted back to using the OEM airbox.
When I have the engine switched off looking at my SECS monitor the Engine speed is showing as 25 RPM. Have I disturbed another sensor perhaps or is there something else I should be cleaning? This didn't happen before I cleaned or replaced the items mentioned above.

nothing happened as such - disconnecing the batttery cleared the ecu settings when I reconnected the battery there was a fault code 23 (MAF) and the car was hunting for idle. I added 5 earth points bringing each back to the battery negative.
Haven't tried undoing the new earths, was waiting to see if anyone came back with a suggestion of another sensor having been disturbed or something not connected causing the 25RPM gain.
ECU reset doesn't clear this issue, nor does disconnecing and reconnecting the SECS unit - Just puzzled by what has caused it.
