Hi

I havnt posted in here before so i will introduce myself. Im Rich i own a 2000 UK spec.

I have had full exhaust inc headers, FMIC, induction kit and HKS F-Con pro management and sensors.

I have done 4000 miles since getting the car and was told it had a full service when i brought it but im always dubious of stealers when they say that.

So whats the best oil and filters to run??

millers cfs 10-40 for me, and subaru oe filter

 

castrol edge sport 10-60w and original filter

 

would you put 10/40 in an 98 sti ra i am looking oil tomorow but am told so many differnt options which would be the right one the car has only done 45k cheers
