if you are not planning a remap etc then it is a pointless exercise fitting a fuel pressure regualtor.. you will be effecting the fuelling.
A walbro can sometimes over power the original fuel pressure regualtor at idle or cruise where the engine is not consuming much fuel and lots of the fuel needs to flow back to the tank.. due to the increased flow from the pump the regulator cannot regulate the fuel pressure to the required level and the pressure increases.. the increased pressure means more fuel is injected when the injector opens.. if it idles and drives fine then you don't need to replace the fuel pressure regulator imho..
FSE are not the best fuel pressure regualtors and unfortunatly have a habit of losing pressure setting for no reason or not maintaining pressure when the engine is turned off.
Fuelab, SX etc are the better makes imho.
