if your going to get one get someone who knows what they are doing to fit it.
the results vary from car to car.

At the very least you will need a full decat and a VTA dump valve

Surely for it to flame without a kit you would need a full de-cat?

Ra,s were not designed for flame kits....please dont do it.

Instead get yourself a decent ecu with antilag......if you want pops/bangs and flames you will not be dissapointed.

p.s what turbo are you using???

i got a scooby ninja exhaust and a decat system and it spits flames at around 7k, bare in mind this is a impreza turbo 2000 with no mods to the engine apart from the above. and a simota racing panel filter.

its quite easy to do u do need the decat and vta for best effect but it is a easy job

u need to drill a hole in you tail pipe about 3 - 4 inches form the end of the tail pipe make sure its big enough for the spark plug to screw through

u need to fit the ht lead in you boot there is a bung u can pull out and the the lead will go straight through.

u need to fit the coil in the car some where i just velcrowed mine to the floor of the boot.

on ur controller unit u need to just attach a live and neg to it obviously attatch the leive through a switch its a very easy job to do
hope this helps
