440's would be good for 320BHP, more with a pressure Reg.
550's OK for more, but for 350-400BHP you need to think about the longevity of the short engine and gearbox.

FMIC are realy the only option for a Pre96.
Upgrading to a later TMIC is alot of hassle as very tight.
The Hyperflow TMIC is quite good, but also quite pricey.

Dont mean to put anyone off a sale here, but please do be careful buying second hand injectors. I just bought a set and 3 out of the 4 needed be be changed! Would have worked out cheaper buying a new set in the end.
Next time I would demend having them checked cleaned and matched first BEFORE buying them. My set didnt match and cost around 100 quid to make up a matching set.
