Default 2.5 short block for my 99 uk classic

Hello everyone!
I was wondering if anyone can help me, im thinking of swapping my short block 2.0 for a 2.5, i understand i can use my old heads and i will need to upgrade the turbo and a remap. what else would i need to do or recomend i should do.
My car spec

Wing mounted sti trumpet & k&n (large not standard kit)
silicon lrge intake pipe
turbo dynamics hybrid turbo
sti intercooler
true equal length 4>2>1 manifold
3" open throat down pipe
spec c centre section
ecutek ecu

Is this a massive job? My car runs 309bhp, 305lbft torque it would be great to get 370bhp and more torque.
Cheers Paul
