Sub 5 seconds, slightly faster than my mates new age 06 STI, the way the car now pulls low down is incredible, much more civilised, the mid-range is really good with incredible top end!! it has totally transformed the car!

um, not usre on exact figures but GLF sounds about right, i've had the honour of going out in kevs 22b, the sc450 development car, ang christ, when he flawed it it hurt your face, or was that the grin i had on me chops??? lol

well im now getting email from all tuning comanies but sc only ones quoting me so may go to another company depending on price etc ill let you know who i choose

ie a 2.5 bottom end etc
a rubilt engine ie pistons conrods
to get to above 400bhp on a my99 classic uk turbo

I don't know anyone else offering kits off hand, but I do know that for a reliable 400 in a 2.5, you DO need better pistons and rods, as you have stated.

If someone says otherwise, its either a DIY job with no long term stress/wear assesment, or you just do not want to believe them.
