Checking peak values on Power FC using hand commander...
Is it possible to check peak values on my A'pexi Power FC? The knock warning light flashed on my way home last night and I'd like to see what knock reading it reached.
Car was mapped two weeks ago by Andy. F - any reason this could have happened? Hasn't done it since, could it have just been a blip?

Yes it is possible, the 8 function display normally shows peak values, the 4 function displays both current and peak values.
A high knock reading doesn't always mean detonation, Im sure it can pick up other engine noise.

With all function displays (1,2 and 4) you can show both realtime and peak at the same time, with the 8 function display you can toggle between showing realtime or peak.
Off the top of my head I can't remember which of the arrow keys to press to display the peaks, but basically if you are in 4 function mode and you only are seeing realtime figures I think you have to press the up key. Its one of the arrow keys anyway

Thanks guys, had a play about with it and managed to get it to work. Was going quite fast when the warning light showed up, so hopefully it was just set off by background noise.

Was it knock that flashed the cell light on though? the apexi can be configured so that the engine light illuminates if a few sensors go out of the set parameters... i had the light flash 4 times rapidly one morning going home from work, but the commander showed knock readings to be minimal..... turned out to be the injectors maxing out as the car was not fully warmed up before full boost was used... just a thought.
