Help please, Car won't start!!!
Just swapped ecu's over on my car 93wrx and it wouldn't start, so swapped ecu's back still won't start, checked all wires to the ecu plugs none are really loose or broken. When you turn the ignition on you can hear alot of clicking from either under the dash or under the bonnet (drivers side). Tried another coil pack just to check i'm getting spark and i'm NOT getting a spark at all, but i can't understand what i've done to stop a spark or it starting???
If someone has an idea please say because i can't be doing with a big bill from the garage.

the ecu that came in the car is a 2c? but i've been running round with an sti one for 2 days while my 2c one was being chipped. Now that i've got my chipped one back and we went to swap them over it won't start with either.

Oh and cleaning the sensors made no difference still won't fire, when you wind it over you can hear a relay click not fast just every maybe 4 seconds? There is also another light on the dash when i'm winding it over like a plug with heat coming of it????

My suggestion would be to double check the codes with your intended ECU and go from there.
