i have a 98 classic with an electronic speedo and for a few months the needle on the speedo has been flicking up and down or just sticking at zero or sometimes working fine but now it has stopped altogether but the trip meter still works anyone got any ideas

I've got a similar problem with my 96 wagon but the other way around! Mines cable driven but my speedo works fine it's my mile meter that's stopped??

i wouldnt call that a problem i would call that a bonus if the mile meter stops

I would have said the speed sensor, which is fitted to the gearbox is faulty. But as your trip meter is working sounds like you need a new speedo.

Thats with both cars that have the similar problem.

LOL terzo320 Thats what i thought at first till i was thinking of when i sell her one day people looking at it might think less then 1k traveled in a few years might be odd lol! No plans to sell her yet though unless a 22b or an RS4 comes within financial reach! My mate just brought a Terzo 3, Dam nice, Any idea how muck bhp they are standard? We can't find out!!

hi there the terzo was 215 bhp all the running gear is standard,there is a thread running for terzo's to register on a terzo website
