Default rough running

Guys hopefully an easy one, car is running rough since replacing boost hose at the weekend, have checked all boost hoses/vacuum pipes etc, have also checked MAF and coil packs, I removed a spark plug and found the centre core to be pink/redish colour, i have been running 1.2 bar for the last 6 months on these plugs they are the pf6 ones, if it's these why the sudden problems with the car? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I need the car for work and my daily commute!

If the replacement boost hose isn't quite sealed it would cause this exact problem. Hose clip may have pinched the rubber..

I was very very precise when I put it on, have had it blow off so many times in the past the seal is perfect, also when the seal isnt right you get a lot of turbulence at higher revs(trust me im an expert now) and it's now very smooth!

I'm running at similar boost and was advised to use the colder PF7 plugs gapped at 0.6mm.

It could be soo many different things, no option but to work your way through..

Thanks mate what are the syptoms of plugs on there way out?
Also I dont know where to start "working my way through"

When my plugs started to fail it gave the car a huge flat spot at 3500rpm..

What car, how many miles??

Start with the plugs, whilst you are at it check the condition of the coil packs. Then theres Lambda, MAF, Idle switch etc etc... You could check the MAF by borrowing one as they are £250 to buy..

MAF checked O.K
rebuilt forged steel engine about 20k ago, new plugs about 12k ago, coilpacks checked all o.k sounds like it's running on 3 but clearly running on 4 as coilpacks when disconnected (one by one) make things worse, would a very wet engine cause a prolonged symptom the same?
