second post, first was helping someone with a pc Q.

I'm hopefully swapping my Audi for this scooby in a few days.....

The mods that he knows about are:

TD05 Sti turbo
Dump Valve/Wastgate
Air Induction Kit

He suspects the Cam has been "done" does anyone know what that means?

It's power has not been confirmed, i'm expecting it really to be around the 280 mark.

I suspect it won't be long before i want more power, can you simply remap the ECU for an extra amount of power? if so whats likely with the TD05 on top?

What over value for money mods can you have done? I've heard about decats but i'm not mechanically minded and don't fancy swapping it over every year for the mot!

What about sticking the Intercooler on the front? power gain? cost?


Any info would be appreciated. I know with too much extra power the brakes and injectors will need upgrading.

I'm also going to have it converted to LPG so fiddling with the injectors is probably pointless in the long run.
