I know this a massive topic and have looked long and hard on the search results returned, my scoob is not modified carefully driven 70% of the time, 97k on the clock, 10/40 seems to be recommended in the manual and subaru dealers say 10/40 shell helix , but is that ultra or super!? , all the shell garages I go to fuel up only have the cheaper nastier stuff - man its minefield never mind an oil field!! I need 3.5 litres or more right? went to halfords and it all looked to cheap so I dont know were to buy

any pointers would be great many thanks in advance guys -
