im wanting to replace my standard twin pipe exhaust.

i think its scooby sport exhaust you can pass emissions with a decat centre and backbox as long as you keep the original downpipe on. Is this true ? and also is this the case with all exhausts or just scooby sport ?

Any brand backbox and centre de-cat should be ok for emissions provided you still have the o/e main cat in place.
