Default Aftermarket Fuel Rails - rubber donut sealing?

I have a set of SAGE aftermarket fuel rails and would like to fit theese to my car to tidy up the engine bay!

The kit consists of the fitting (post pics later) and all the joints seem to be sealed by a rubber donut! Is this the norm and are they safe or should I not bother fitting them?

All help is valued!!

Thanks

S!

Not Sage ones.
Fuel systems typically run at or over 5 bar. Normally aftermarket fuel rails run threaded connectors with proper AN-6 fittings or larger.

You were going to post photos. That may assist in a positive response to your enquiry.

Found this pic, which is the MRT fuel rails and are 90% the same as the SAGE ones.

Does anyone have a copy of the fitting manual for MRT ones?
