Default Code 11 & 32....??

Hi guys,

Need som help!

Just did a diagnostic test and it came up with;

11- Crankshaft Position Sensor
32- A/F Sensor #1 System

Do I need a new Crankshaft sensor? And, wtf is A/F #1 system??

Am going to do the safe thing and not drive the car until I can sort this out......

If you start the car then uplug the maf sensor, if it keeps running it means it is faulty and needs replacing, it will cost you about £215 inc vat from dealers.
In regards to crank sensor, i would change it as a precaution as it is not that expensive and not worth risking the engine over.

You could try a scrappers such as scoobybits, but personally i would not take any chances if it was my car. Couple of hundred for a maf is better than a couple of grand for a rebuild,

What are symptoms when you drive the car? as code 32 is listed for a/f system 1 and 2 and oxygen sensor.

Code 32 is Lambda/O2 Sensor, could be historic codes stored in the memory.

Clear them then drive and see if they show up again then you know you have faults.
