bad hesitation/judering at high revs om 4th and 5th why
hi , iam getting bad hesitation/judering at high revs only in 4th and 5th and dont know why
any ideas

not maf as just replaced it, just been out for a drive it seemd that betwenn 3 to 5 rpm it really bad nothing before 3k and smooths out after 5k would it be a spark plug?

also i ment to say the it only happens on full boost between 3k and 5k rpm very harsh judder so not the boost pipes, i think its the plugs what torqe setting to these have to be mabey 1s loose etc cheers ppl

could well be plugs.. remove and inspect/replace and set the gaps to 0.7mm.
Depending on year it could also be coilpacks or ht leads. if it is spark related.

What year make is yours (my99?) and do you suspect it to be a boost problem ? 3-5k is peak boost area

what gap do you have the plugs set at becuase at high boost the will blow the spark and it will cause the judder if you gap your plugs a little smaller than standard it will be okay
