Default Q re Whiteline ARBs

Have had a Whiteline ARB on my 01 WRX for 6 months. When I first got it, stuck it in the middle setting and reckoned it was a good addition to my Prodrive springs.

Adjusted it to the stiffest setting at the weekend - much sharper steering/ turn in, but at the expense of a pretty stiff ride (I now know which of the local roads are smooth LOL !).

So my question is this - could I have one side of the ARB on the stiffest (3rd) setting but the other on side on the middle setting - would this "unbalance" the suspension or do you reckon it should be ok ?

Any thoughts welcome !

It would make the car feel & react differentally from left to right hand bends, Not really advisable especially in the wet Ok if you only go one way round an Oval Track !!!

Keep it even on both sides

The change in roll bar spring rate will not stiffen the car, but might make it a bit 'jiggly' instead unless the bushes are getting tight.

I personally do not like different positions , prefer the 'even/symetrical' way.

Yes, I guess you could call it "jiggly" !

Might go for both sides on the same adjustment if no-one has found that this works - I'm not planning on competing in Nascar this month !
