Default Fitting coolant hoses

Since my recent rebuild, the only problems i have had with the car are the old coolant hoses giving up one by one.

I have purchased a samco replacement set and would like to know how easy these would be to fit by myself on my driveway.

Does anything need to be moved out the way? Could this be done on the drive at home? Any pointers?

My cars a 95 sti2 by the by.

Cheers everybody!

Yes it’s pretty straight forward to fit the kit you will need from memory you will need 8mm socket and star screw driver for the hose clips. I would drain the water from the rad at the bottom right hose; this makes things a little less messy. Fit your new hoses and refill the car with water and anti freeze start up and bring up to temp and check for leaks.

All this can be done on the drive and shouldn’t take that long, allow 1.5 hours

Also bought the Samco coolant kit and i hoping to have a crack at this myself on a MY97. If you do manage it can you post back how it went (photos?) as if it's a complete pain i'll whip it into a garage to do for me.

thanks
