Dawes, As it controls the boost , Unlike a spike Valve Erm ,bleed valve

Don't forget, It's not wise to just crank up the boost, Fueling etc may need attention also to prevent the Dreaded Det.

A bleed valve just bleeds away air from the actuator, Fooling it into seeing less boost pressure so not opening the wastgate when it normally would.
A dawes is a mechanical device (BAll & Spring mechanism) Stays closed (No pressure to the actuator) until the desired boost pressure is achieved, Once achieved it opens & lets air past to open the actuator & release the Positive Boost pressure.

I was told to try and stay away from bleed valve wich is mainly whats on ebay, ordered my dawes from the states as was recomended by a member on here, cheaper than most the the valves on ebay too.
