Default remap on uk 2005 sti, is a plug change needed?

been having a look in search, but can't find anything specific to my plans.

so, firstly what plugs are OE fit on my car?

second, will they be ok with a (hopefull) 300/300+ remap?

and lastly what is best to go with? reading up on denso iridium, they don't have the best rep. so what's a good recomendation?

just getting bits together for when i do the remap, so any advice appreciated.

But would you not agree that to produce in excess of 300bhp+ on a Type UK STi would need higher than standard Subaru boost levels?

Hoskip, FYI I run Denso's in both my road and track car. The road car has now completed over 23k in it's 2.5ltr form (with many track miles under it's wing) with neither head gasket or plug issues.

no I think we were agreeing.. just perhaps Zak would swap to 7B's slightly before I would... no issue etc

SC remapped my 03STi to 328/300. I asked if it was worth changing from standard PFR6Bs and they said no these would be fine. Maybe 7Bs at next service if they are being changed anyway.
