Which is the best sounding in the terms of releasing the flat four sound. I've got an Afterburner but thinking of changing it for something that produces the sound, what do people recommend?

 

Most aftermarket backboxes will release the sound you're after.

Do you just have the backbox or a full (decat) system?

The afterburner is considered one of the louder systems. You want louder?

Try Blitz, Firestorm, Roger Clark Ice then.

 

To get louder you might need to take the exhaust off altogether !

 

Or leave the lambda sensor out the headers.



Seriously though, don't do that!!

 

I dont want louder just more of the boxer sound. The afterburner is good dont get me wrong but it does lose some of the character. What are the HKS ones like?

 

BLITZ NUR SPEC R...do a search on them here to see what pople think of them...HKS systems are known to be restrictive

I'll have my Scoobyworld Racebox for sale soon mate, really nice bassy sound that isn't too loud.
