Are theses any good?

Can you tell me (if poss) if this is any good? TORQUE CHIP 2, IWTU ELECTRONICS. Not sire if there is enough for you to coment on, but it's a piggy back chip. Are they any good and what should it do exactly?

a search reveals nothing so I imagine no one has experience of them. Speak with the company directly, check their website, ask for customer feedbacks etc
