There is a electronic valve of some kind in line with the maps sensor
When I say in line it is fitted in the same pipe as the maps but just before
What is it and what dose it do

manual boost controller ??? where exactly is it connected in ??

i have a electronic boost controler on the car bit its nothing to do with that here are some photos of it
it is conected to the same pipe as the maps and is wired into the cars loom

cant see the pics at work but could it be the boost solenoid? Is it on the offside suspension turret?

no mate i know which one is the boost solenoid as i have fitted a boost controler and am useing the standard solenoid on it because its got a better flow rate that the one that comes with the kit it looks a bit like one though it has 3 ports on it one with a little cop thing and the other 2 have pipes on. one to maps and one to manifold
