Exclamation spark plugs pfr6b or pfr7b

i've to change the spark plugs from my 1997 sti III, and going to get some more power, peoples says that i've to fit the original ones ngk pfr6b and others says that when you are going to beef up the power you have to fit pfr7b.
can any1 tell me wich one is the right advice?

You cant go wrong with the 7's m8! On a STI service from Zen performance they are part of the service. I have them fitted to my standard UK Turbo.

If you're going for more power put the pfr7b in.

i was talkin too a very well known highly regarded tuner today who told me there is no need to go higher than 6's unless ur gonna have more than 450bhp,roughly,he also said that 7's prob wont last as long in a mildly tunned car, this was bad news for me as i have already fitted ngk irridium 7's to my car and im only goin for a figure of 300-330bhp,he said in my case standard 6's will prob last longer, but they'r in now.

i have encounter the same problem when i used iridium plugs. seems the stock tend to last longer. i would advise to stay away from iridium plug and stick with standard ngk pfr6 or 7
