Question

I'm planning to get my 95 1.6GL 5 door resprayed (in the same colour, silver) to repair the scratched and chips it has aquired before it became my 'pride and joy' on Saturday. The whole car needs doing apart from the roof, boot, (and windows ).
What would be a reasonable price for this work? I've had a quote of £600 from someone local who I know has been reasonable for friends on things like single panel repairs.
Thanks for the advice.
Ben.

£600 sounds very reasonable if the quality is good, I paid £950 for everything except the roof on mine.

Just to correct, £660 +VAT was my quote.
Should I colour code my mirrors, door handles, and a black strip on the rear bumper for an extra £40?
Anyone got pics of a car that has been colour coded (but wasnt as standard). 'Before and after' would be great.
Cheers,
Ben.

£40 sounds a very good price for colour coding.......I've just been quote £120 for just side and rear skirts.

Be careful have been told when they paint the plastic, it needs good preparation and the correct paint otherwise it will wear through or flake easily.
