Wipers

Hi
I have a MY95 WRX and the drivers side wind screen wiper hits the A pillar consistently but not all the time.

Does anyone know what is causing this and what can be done to rectify it.

Take the wiper arm off and move it down one spline on the shaft. Take it off you'll see what I mean.
