Default Fuel Pressure

Does anyone know what the standard pressure should be for a 1995 WRX, mine has been set to 3.5 Bar the car is modded quite heavily but it is noticably rich, you can smell it overfueling badly after a spirited run. I also think the regulator may be on it's way out this would explain a lot of the hesitstion when coming back onto the gas after lifting off !

why not get it wired up to a wideband Lambda and set the fuel pressure up as it's supposed to be instead of guessing.
One of your local mappers / rolling roads should be able to sort you out for a few quid.
