just use the standard plugs for the standard vehicle or get a colder plugs. I have good success with redline shockproof gear oil for the tranny n diff. In the engine oil i have use liqui moly/royal purple and motul with result

Do a Yell search for your local Euro Car Parts and get Fuchs Titan Supersyn SL 5W40 in a 25 litre drum for 86 quid, making it 16 quid per oil change based on a 4.5l drop. Fuchs make Silkolene, so it ain't no $h!t, a fact confirmed to me personaly by Oilman, and by the fact he sells the same stuff for 156 quid
