torque
had my car on the rollers two week ago got 250 bhp and 270 nm torque.. i thought that was a big difference in the results thiught it would have a bit more torque. the car is a 94 wrx with blitz nurspec r, open neck downpipe, blitz induction and hks ssqv,, any ideas on the low torque figger i think it works out at just over 200 lb/ft

Is it a wagon or a saloon?
Because wagons of that year have lower power and torque than the equivalent saloon ( 220ps and 206lb.ft verses 240ps and 224lb.ft ).
If it is a saloon, does the dyno plot show boost against revs?
It would be better if you could post the graph up so the shape of the torque curve could be seen. If you can't do this, at what revs is your car making the peak figures you previously quoted?
This would help.

I used to have a 94 wrx with a scoobysport downpipe, HKS Hiper 3" exhaust and a panel filter. It produced 242bhp on the rollers with Optimax and 2ml/litre of NF. I was surprised how low the output was as I expected it to be a 260bhp model. Must have had an earlier ecu in it. Do you know what ecu you have ? They changed from 240bhp to 260bhp on that MY.
