Default z4/z5 ecu fitting question?

i now know that the z4 ecu can b plugged in my 94wrx as a straight replacemnt for the w6, heard a few mention the z5 ecu, is it possiblt to plug this straight in or is it diif. to z4, thanks!

Very similar to a Z4.
The Z4 came out if a post Sept 94 WRX, the Z5 an RA of the same vintage.

ah, i take it then that the z5 is not really suitable as a straight replacement for the 94 wrx, w6 ecu then?

To be honest though z4 ecu should be a lot easier to find just depends how much people ask for it (i paid £80 for mine so i personally don't think you should pay much more)

Its a straight swap and is the same base map as the Z4 so its fine
