can someone please tell me how to identify a real classic RA ?
and also what are the engine differences between an RA and a WRX ?
i understand that the sti RA comes with diff control and a roof vent but can a normal RA be real if it doesnt have a roof vent ?

Don't think RA's have the creature comforts so to speak.........
To name a few:
Air con; electric windows and sound deadening are all no no's on this model.
Shorter gear ratios and closed deck engine blocks IIRC.

IIRC ?
and at the risk of sounding stupid whats the benefit from a closed deck block ?
also due to the RA having a 5th injector does this mean it will be safer to run a small increase in boost ?

RAs have these chassis codes depending on year. 2 and 4 in the code is the number of doors. If you go look at a classis and it has one of these chassis codes then its an RA.
