Hi Iain
I had this same problem when modding my UK97.
Had pretty much the same mods as you and I retained the TMIC and the standard 380 injectors and achieved 330bhp.
I did need a FPR fitting though.

With 550s the injectors can be pushed a lot harder but will require a tweak of your map.
I think - Flat4online.co.uk Subaru Impreza Mitsubishi Evolution EVO Walbro Fuel Pumps Injectors Intercoolers do them new for £300.
What is the car running at the moment?
FPR=fuel pressure regulator

550's might be a good idea if you plan to mod further but the standard injectors will be ok for your planned 320bhp.
I actually bought a set and was due to get them fitted prior to a remap with Andy Forrest but he suggested sticking with the standard injectors and adding the FPR.
Might be an idea to contact the mapper you intend to use and get his view.

You will certainly be impressed with the difference mate. Your mods less an induction kit that I had fitted are practically the same as what I had.
The Apexi ecu was without doubt the best mod I added and the midrange punch was simply stunning. Have you asked Simon about your injectors?

Fitting the injectors i would say no unless you a competent mechanic (I've never tried to be honest)
Since you will be getting it mapped by Jollygreen its worth speaking to him directly when you've got everything ready to be mapped.
If you can afford the regulator you may as well go the whole hog and get it.

On standard fuel pressure 380cc injectors are generally able to flow fuel for around 285 bhp. 440cc around 325 bhp and 550cc around 400 bhp. However, once modifications begin, very few people run standard fuel pressure (around 2.6 bar) Most people run over 3 bar and this extends the injector range, typically, 300 bhp 340 bhp and 420 bhp.
Just a very rough rule of thumb to help you, reliant on the pressure you use.
