Default Getting a flywheel skimmed and balanced?

Skimming a flywheel is no problem, I have friends who use lathes but my question is... who do I give it to to get it balanced?

(West Midlands area)

if you are going to get it balancesd it needs to be done as an assembly with the cl;utch cover, crank and fron pulley, this is the only way to balance it as it all rotates together

yes in a ideal world you would get the whole rotaing mass lightend/balanced but realisticly you would not dissasemble theengine running gear if you wanted to get just just the flywheel balanced to improve response these people know what they do and i have seen alot of the work they have done and if they thought it wouldnt be suitable they wouldnt do it or even entertain the thought
