From: Over 500ft/lbs of torque @ just 1.1bar
Default

bigger turbo (VF34 - TD05 - TD04 hybrid)
intercooler upgrade (STi 8 or FMIC)
re-map (AndyF)
filter
fuel pump
FPR

Above is enough for over 300bhp.

Your std injectors should be good for anything the above turbos can throw at them.

See here: 320bhp and similar torque from an MY99

https://www.scoobynet.com/api-and-br....html?t=527345

Costs depend on whether you go new or 2nd hand for parts, whether you can do some of the stuff yourself etc...

FPR = Fuel Pressure Regulator (SX,Aeromotive etc)
Filter = K&N/STI/Green etc Panel Filter with STI 8 Intercooler / K&N Induction etc with a Front Mount Intercooler

I would throw on some headers aswell.

Have a read through Andy F's Site some good info there http://www.andyforrestperformance.co.uk
