HI,
Any Idea why API wont reply to any of my E-mails??
I tried to get a price for Ignition Coils but they wont respond???
MY93 Wrx........?

Well, if you' expected a reply from David as quickly as you wanted one on this thread, especially at the time you wanted it on a saturday night, you're asking too much.....

Ps its been 3 weeks since my last E-Mail to API
Why don't you give them a call this monday after 10am. David is usually in by then. He's up to his eyes in work but he's still managed to return my call.

Ultimately API aren't the only company to provide ignition coils so stop crying and contact someone else .

API price for coil packs is very competitive.
They are NOT a shop waiting for e-mails and are normally efficient in responding to communications bu e-mail or phone, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 and later.
As they are predominantly a trade and workshop based operation they do not have complete office cover Saturday and Sunday.

As Harvey says David is very considerate of everyone and if you have not had a reply it will be an oversight, give him a call and sort it out.

I,ve not has any Emails regarding coil packs from anyone that hasn't been dealt with since I came back from hols on August 7th.

We sell around 3 sets per week and ALWAYS respond to mails as soon as l see them.

Here I am at @8pm on Sunday night checking stuff.

I am happy to help you, Scooby Enforcer, tomorrow to get some away to you. I just find it surprising that with no response to ' Emails ' you haven't telephoned us !! L

I am actually not in the office on Monday 4th September. But Martin or Clare will look after you if you telephone us.

[10.00 am indeed Eshan -I wish !! usually there by 0900 and ALWAYS till 17.30.

I am busy as all on here appear to appreciate, but NEVER too busy to respond as soon as I get a chance. There are folks on here who will tell ou that having promised to call back I have called at 7 pm at night just to keep up.

Call we'll get you sorted.

Appologies for the misunderstanding David. Being Monday an all once the mail has been seen to and the first wave of customers have also been seen to maybe 10am was a wee bit optimistic.
