94 WRX remap
I have just got myself a 94 WRX after wanting one for a few years, she's standard apart from a HKS superdrager exhaust,i have just called a few places about a remap, mainly to keep the car running better,i have been quoted £1500 for remap, pump, plugs, leads,K&N filter, does this sound reasonable and also what power gains can i expect.

Check www.jollygreenmonster.co.uk.
went for a remap with jollygreen in a mates 94 wrx (mods are full exhaust with headers, uprated pump,550cc injectors standard airbox) he mapped it to run max boost of 1.3 bar and reckoned it was running 300+bhp

It sounds about right for what you have listed.
Apexi PFC with commander and mapped. Say £750 if that is the going rate?
Pump fitted £130.
Plugs fitted £70.
Set of coil caps/leads say £220. Are they needed.
Panel filter? say £40
These are just guide prices. You can check them out yourself. Comes to £1210 plus vat is £1421.75.

Or give Steve Simpson a ring on 07836 635 001. He did my WRX last year - had no probs with it - goes like a rocket - uses less fuel. As the saying goes 'does what it says on the tin !'
