I removed my tow bar from my MY00 wagon last night and the left (facing the rear), hanger had been removed and a bolt tagged onto the tow bar...i am now mostly a mono-hanger

anyone suffered from a simliar ailment?

when i had a towbar fitted to the wifes MY00 wagon, one of the hangers had to be removed and turned 180 degrees
