flammer kit

It won't make the flammer kit work, but as the VTA valve makes the car run a touch rich for a second when you lift off the throttle it can make the car pop and bang as the fuel burns on the exhaust..... and if the exhaust is nice and hot get a flame or too.

Problem solved by replacing hoses with silicone ones and re-doing all connections and placing a bung in my induction pipework
Im not saying it will work, but you never know!
increase the gap on the spark plug (so theres more of an area to spark) it should do the trick mate.
Got a flamer kit on my classic (full decat) and get flames with or without a VTA dump valve. Like it without the Pssstttttt - more natural flames and only come out when you boot it.

I've got a 2.5" H&S downpipe (wrapped) - £120 from a P1 owner @ Japfest
and decat centre - £60 from SN forums, together with a Scoobyworld Ninja BB - £199. Plus the SCC Flamer kit - £50 :-)
its basically a spark plug in your exhaust tail pipe which ignites the unburnt fuel from your engine.
