TDO4 - TDO5

Hi Guys, If I put a TDO5 turbo on my series mcrae replacing my TDO4, will I see any improvement in performance?

Also is it worth doing?
And will i see any power gains?
Will it need remapping?

I have Series Mcrae #70, This has TD05 unit from build, 2nd that it already will have TD05
