Default blowing noise from engine

The car had been garaged for a while, and after rectifying its actual fault, it seemed apparent that there was a blowing sound coming from the engine, near the turbo side. So i took off the heat shield and started looking for traces of soot. I got a head start by looking at the back of the heat shield and figured the air leakage was from the left side.

While running the engine, i placed my hand on the left side hoping to find the leakage and felt the air leaking by the leftbolt. To be specific this is from where the downpipe connects to the turbo housing
it was physically impossible to check the other end of the bolt to see if it was leaking from there too, but concluded it to being either a gasket by the looks of it. The blowing sound is similar to the noise of a nice mandrel bent performance exhaust, but coming from the engine side

anyway my question ...
if it is just the gasket, how much would this gasket be for and what excatly is this gasket called?
I will appreciate Any advice/tips to changing/repairing issue

many thanks in advance!

was working on it but so far cant seem to unbolt the screws on the downpipe connecting to the housing. They are fxxxkin jammed!!
I can see the up-pipe but cant really seem to see any traces of carbon by it, but a knackered up-pipe could be a possibility. The other problem is getting it out. I dont see any cleareance from the top, till i get the turbo out.

I think it will be the up-pipe as well.

Mine went recently and had split in 2.... thought it was the headers but didnt find out till up-pipe was off.

Car was poppin' and bangin' more, but didnt sound nice. It was a buggerto change too.
