Default what fuelpump

i am in the process of collecting bits to up power on my 53 sti.

i have a full vortex system and panel filter (fitted), and have a prodrive sports cat ready to fit.

what is a suitable fuelpump that can be matched to these mods and does it need any add ons to go with it.

is a wolboro 255 suitable?

Walbro 255 is the weapon of choice, if you wanted a slightly cheaper one though I have a Henko Racing one, 255l, brand new with all the fittings etc..

I would go for the bosch 044. Far Better made than the Walbro and is a genuine motorsport pump and the Walbro tend to be very noisey. The Bosch are the real deal and I have used quite a few over the years in our competition cars with no issues at all.
If you do some searching you will find the Walbro have a high rate of failier. Prodrive fit the 044 pumps to their Groups A cars.

I've got a Walbro 255 in my WRX and haven't had any problems and it isn't any noisier than the OE pump.
