P20 and P18 are exhaust housing sizes. MD321 is a specific turbo by Turbo Dynamics. Think it's a garrett GT30 hybrid with a P20 exhaust housing.

The MD321 is a specific turbo from Lateral Performance, and built for them by Turbo Dynamics.
It does use one of the Garrett GT series ball bearing cores, and a P18 housing.
