Default 2C ECU

I currently have a Z4 ECU in place, which gets boost to .8 bar. As i have a 2C sitting about i was wondering if its possible to send it off and have it mapped, with the possibility of achieving more boost. Also what is a safe level of boost to take it up to ?

I have 2x 2c ecu's, one std and one with a prova chip. std is 0.7-0.8 bar and the prova chip is 1.1 bar but is mapped for 100 ron fuel. Your best bet is probably to put a scoobyecu or esl chip in to achive higher boost. The esl chip is mapped for uk fuel I believe.

Yeah the ESL chip is mapped for Super Unleaded (Optimax, Tesco 99, BP ultimate, etc...). Boosts to 1.1 Bar and brings the boost in earlier, highly recommended!

I'd reccomend the z4 ECU, fairly cheap and easy to fit with a lot of improvement in boost from lower to higher revs.
My main goal is to hit 200BHP, 94WRXJDM (240BHP?) with z4 (255-260?) then a full decat (280?) just need that extra bit of oomph without any major changes really.

Stick a post in the wanted section http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=18

I did and had one on my doorstep a few days later. Its simply lift your passanger carpet up, undo a few bolts holding the metal plate over the ECU, plug then new one in and off you go. Oh and don't forget to unbolt your battery terminals and take them off before doing so. I understand its a 20BHP gain, although i haven't rolling roaded it yet, thats on Thursday .

ESL chips -

Do a search on them, quite new but highly recommended by all of us that did the GB. Decat and filter with ESL can see around 290bhp from a MY93 WRX.

Available at - http://www.enduringsolutions.com/

or http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Subaru-Impreza...QQcmdZViewItem

Both the same!

Thanks Nick, just emailed them. Not sure about £200 for a possible extra 10-15BHP but i suppose without replacing internals there's not much else that can be done for cheap.
