Exclamation My93 impreza will not start

I had a smash 3 weeks since - a front ender. Its all been replaced and at the first turn of the key the car started for around 10seconds then stalled and would not start again. I found a water leak under the inlet manifold so I repaired this, replacing the coolant sensor and ensuring everything was plugged back in. Once done the car yet again started for 5 seconds and will not start again.. Can anyone help. I have cleaned the crank, camshaft sensors. I have a spark, and fuel. I have checked the ECU codes and its a 32 which is the throttle position sensor, but apparently the car will run even if this is dodgy. Can anyone shed any light as this is doing my head in now.....PS (I have also checked for broken wires on the bottom cross member and all is in tact)

no fuel cut off switch on the scoob.

what you describe sounds like either MAF sensor.. engine will run for few seconds and then stall..

Just realised MY93 ignore Key code mismatch (usually 97~98) engine will run and then stall after a few seconds and illuminate the key symbol on the dash..

Or the fuel pump is not running when the engine is.. does it prime when you turn ignition on at first??

Thanks for the quick reply guys.... Just paid an autoelectrician £50 notes to say the spark is fine, the fuel is there and that I need to check the timing... bearing in mind that the belt has not been touched. The engine has only run once in the last 2 weeks.. when it started for 10 seconds... what a nightmare..
