what oil

This has to be one of the most hotly contested issues on Scoobynet
5w 30, 5 w 40, 10w 40, 15 w 50, 10 w 60 , You will find people all championing these, with persuasive arguments for all of them
You pays your money and takes your choice
I would suggest that yoy use a semi or fully synthetic however
Personally I use 5 w 40 fully synthetic
Halfords are doing 5 litres of fully synthetic 5w 40 ( you will get people telling you that this is just enhaned mineral oil and not fully synthetic ) for £20 , reduced from £30.
Do a search on oil to see what I am talking about
All the best

would normally use at least a 10w on a 'classic' car..............either Motul or Millers are the only companies we use & supply and they are currently leading the rest in terms of pukka ester synthetic technology...............
